The global water crisis is upon us. For much of the world, access to safe drinking water is a daily struggle. Between water quantity issues (flooding, drought) and water quality issues (pollution, water-borne diseases), all people and places face major challenges for water sustainability. My work as a researcher, professor, and practitioner of strategic communication seeks to bridge the divide that exists between government, academic, and industry actors---and the people these entities are meant to protect.
